Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises are the largest part of the community's economy, which supports the local area in various fields of economic activity. Inclusive economic growth is the main focus in regional development, where Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises play an important role as the main driver of the local economy. This study uses a qualitative research method with direct interviews with 10 informants then analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of this study Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that these micro, small and medium enterprises play a crucial role in influencing local economic growth in Muara Sabak Timur District. Their existence also makes a significant contribution to Regional Domestic Income through increasing economic activity in the area. These micro, small and medium enterprises are able to attract customers from various levels of society, which in turn increases income and purchasing power. The SWOT analysis shows several strengths that include unique products and personal services. They are also supported by a strategic location, facilitating accessibility for customers. There are also weaknesses that need to be considered, such as limited capital. This threat mainly comes from price competition. Opportunities to collaborate with local events or festivals provide the potential to increase market penetration and offset existing threats. By leveraging their strengths in product creativity and strategic locations, micro, small and medium enterprises selling snacks in Muara Sabak Ilir can become a stronger pillar of the local economy.
