CV printing. Karya Baru is a business in the field of printing services offering printed products in Jambi City. In its development, CV Printing. Karya Baru has experienced the emergence of competition, therefore a business model is needed. This research aims to find out the application of the Business Model Canvas, and make a SWOT analysis that is applied. This study uses a qualitative method with analysis using nine blocks of business model canvas, namely Customer Segments, Channels, Customer Relationship, Revenue Stream, Value Propositions, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Patnership, Cost Structure. Techniques for collecting observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this study show that CV Printing. Karya Baru has basically implemented this business model canvas providing a good basis for further discussion, decision-making where the strength of opportunity is more than the weakness of the CV Printing Threat. New work, and finally innovation around business models. And it can be known that CV Printing. Karya Baru has appropriately applied this business theory and concept.
