This research is entitled "Analysis of Financial Performance at PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk". The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the financial performance of PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk is based on profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and activity ratio in the period 2018 – 2023. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with secondary data types consisting of financial statements in the form of balance sheet statements and income statements of PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk.
This study analyzes the financial performance of PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk for the 2018-2023 period based on the ratio of profitability, liquidity, solvency, and activity. As a result, the gross profit margin ratio showed very good performance, but the net profit margin ratio, return on asset, and return on equity showed poor performance. In terms of liquidity, the current ratio is very good, while the quick ratio, cash ratio, and cash turnover ratio are not good. The solvency ratio shows that debt to asset and debt to equity are not good, but long-term debt to equity is very good. The overall activity ratio shows poor performance.
